Either of the green sauces on fresh hot corn tortillas with shredded cabbage and a wedge of lime

    Belizean Heat!

If you can get some tortillas and coleslaw you’ll be set.

Ninja edit: Add a little mayo and tajin to the coleslaw, and a little wedge of lime for the spritz.

Sriracha is great on seafood, I think the garlic in it helps. Of what you have, I’d pick a verde.

Whatever mixes best with tartar sauce.

I don’t have any of those. I’d use one of my habanero sauces at home.

I’m gonna assume these aren’t home made or superior quality fish sticks, if they are i’d make some dill tartar sauce and have a few different sauces starting with the tab Scorp and Belizean heat

Green + hab whatever flavor combo works best, mixed with mayo, cabbage, cilantro, lime, and avocado
